Plant Expansion – Steel Mill

Our team has efficiently planned and handled one of the major projects in Brazil in the past decade.

During 3 years (2011-2014) a total of approx. 150,000cbm of breakbulk cargo plus 2500TEUs of OOG and std containers have been moved from Asia, Europe and USA into Rio de Janeiro.

The scope included visits to the main suppliers abroad, cargo survey at origin and ocean freight (charters, part charters, containers).

All the paperwork was issued directly in Belo Horizonte in compliance with ex-tarifario (fiscal benefit) requirements.

The project has been concluded with no incidents, within customer’s budget and in a timely fashion.
